These terms govern your use of Bindaas Bargains. By using the marketplace, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them.
Marketplace role
Bindaas Bargains operates a multi-seller marketplace, manages buyer checkout and support, receives buyer payments as merchant of record, and settles eligible amounts with sellers. Independent sellers supply and fulfil their products and are responsible for accurate listings, lawful goods, quality, warranties, and fulfilment information.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate information, keep access to your account secure, and promptly update changed details. You must not misuse the marketplace, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, interfere with orders, copy protected content, manipulate reviews, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the marketplace.
Products, prices, and orders
Sellers choose their products, prices, and eligible promotions. Product availability, taxes, delivery charges, discounts, and the final payable amount are confirmed by the marketplace during checkout. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock. An order may be declined or cancelled if stock, serviceability, payment, pricing, fraud, legal, or seller-eligibility checks fail; any collected amount due back will be handled through the applicable refund process.
Payment and delivery
Available payment and delivery methods are shown at checkout and may depend on the order, product, seller, value, and delivery location. Cash on delivery is available only where expressly offered. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; tracking and material order updates are shown in your account when available.
Cancellations, returns, refunds, and disputes
Eligibility depends on the product, order status, condition, reason, applicable law, and the return or cancellation information shown for the order. Approved refunds are sent through the supported refund method after required checks. Bindaas Bargains handles buyer support and makes the final marketplace decision on disputes, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Content and intellectual property
The marketplace design, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable law. Sellers and users retain responsibility for content they submit and grant Bindaas Bargains permission to host, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the marketplace. Submitted content must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe another person's rights.
Service availability and liability
We aim to keep the marketplace accurate and available but may change, suspend, or maintain parts of the service. To the extent permitted by law, Bindaas Bargains is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or for events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Governing law and support
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer authorities with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Please first use Help & Support so we can review an order, return, refund, seller, or account issue.
