• Technical and security information, such as device, browser, IP address, request logs, fraud signals, and consent preferences.
• Optional usage information when you allow analytics in Cookie preferences.

Payment credentials are handled through the payment flow and are not displayed to sellers.

How we use data

We use personal data to provide accounts and authentication; calculate and complete orders; arrange payment, delivery, returns, and refunds; support buyers and sellers; prevent abuse and fraud; keep the marketplace secure; meet legal and accounting duties; and improve the service where you have allowed optional measurement.

When we share data

We share only what is reasonably needed with the seller fulfilling an order and with service providers that support payments, delivery, communications, hosting, security, customer support, and optional site measurement. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect users, or to investigate fraud or misuse. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and security

We retain data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, including completing transactions, maintaining financial and tax records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can update account and delivery information from your profile and change optional measurement through Cookie preferences. You may ask for access, correction, updating, deletion, consent withdrawal, or grievance handling through our support channel. Some information may need to be retained where law or an unresolved transaction, claim, refund, fraud review, or dispute requires it.
